Our Cancellation Policy
Your deposit/credit card will be retained/be processed in the event that a cancellation fee is accrued. For instance, if you cancel 7 days prior to your date of stay the first nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee. This policy applies only to rooms that are cancelled and that we have been unable to resell, i.e. if the room is sold you will be refunded in full. If cancellation is within 24 hours then full accommodation costs will be charged but will be refunded if the room is resold. Please call if you have any queries.
